Application :
Pre-treatment device designed to separate and accumulate solids (sand, gravel, etc.) and free oils.
Conception :
- GRP polyester tank
- Integrated bypass sized for a peak flow rate of 5 x NS (l/s)
- COALIX® technology: coalescence on 3D polypropylene filter material (washable and reusable)
- Automatic closing-off device with lip seal, calibrated for oils with a density of 0.85
- Installation category according to NF P16-451/CN: 1a
- Inlet and outlet connections via tubing
Fonctionnement :
- As soon as the nominal flow rate is reached, the excess flow overflows through the bypass
- The sludge trap compartment is calculated so as to obtain a useful volume of 100 litres x NS
- The separator compartment is designed for a free oil discharge of less than 5 mg/l under the test conditions of standard E 858-1.
