Application :
Pretreatment device designed to retain and accumulate vegetable or animal fats contained in domestic wastewater. It is designed to be installed elevated under the sink.
Conception :
- Made of AISI 304L stainless steel
- Integrated strainer basket to retain solids larger than 3 mm
- Grease skimming and recovery unit featuring a removable oil tank for reuse or valorization
- Stainless steel lids with toggle latches
- Male coupling
- Pre-configured automation unit for fully automatic management of the grease separator
Fonctionnement :
The difference in pollutant density enables efficient separation and retention of undesirable substances. Through water heating, fats and oils are separated from the effluent, skimmed off, and collected in a dedicated tank for subsequent recovery or valorization.
