CAREN ®
Treatment unit for careening water

Treatment of boat careening water
Avantages :
- Ensures discharge values (for pollutant load according to the Vague Bleue study and compliance with operating conditions): - TSS < 100 mg/l - COD < 300 mg/l - Oil < 10 mg/l (according to standard EN ISO 9377-2)
- Large capacity sludge storage isolated from the flow
- Honeycomb settling structure made of polypropylene (very high chemical and mechanical resistance)
- Ten-year guarantee by insurance supplemented by an Epers
- Run-of-river treatment with very low hydraulic load
Taille :
From 36 to 144 m³/h
Application :
The CAREN unit combines 3 functions:
- Interception of floating materials
- Treatment via lamellar settling
- Water filtration
Conception :
- Polyester composite tank
- Lamellar settling on polypropylene honeycombs with very low surface hydraulic load (0.1 m/h in dry weather)
- Resistance class according to standard NF 16-451-1/CN: 1a
- Inlet and outlet lip seal connections
- Retention of light liquids (oil), with siphon
- Multi-layer filtration made from recycled materials, removable without draining
- Reinforcements for installation in groundwater
- Lifting rings
- ASPIBOU® device included for easy operation ND80
- Ø 800 and Ø 1000 access shafts
Fonctionnement :
The dry weather flow (careening) is treated with a surface hydraulic load of 0.1 m/h, and the rainy weather flow at 2 m/h
Options :
- Automatic closing-off device - OBTAUTO200 or 300
- Optical and acoustic hydrocarbon alarm system - KAH05 with sludge sensor - SEP0203
- Manual screen with 40 mm air gap in 316 L stainless steel
- Composite extension - RHP800 and RHP1000
- Lids class A15 to D400 - COU800 and COU1000
