Application :
Pre-treatment equipment designed to separate and accumulate solids (sand, etc.) and free hydrocarbons.
Conception :
- Manufactured from S235 steel protected by an epoxy polyester powder coating after sandblasting to SA 2.5 in accordance with ISO 8501-1
- Removable screen
- Coalescence on polypropylene honeycomb lamellar blocks
- Stainless steel automatic shut-off valve with lip seal, calibrated for oils with a density of 0.85
- Class B125 buffers included in reference IHDC**B
- Class C250 buffers with adjustable frame included in reference IHDC**C
- Class D400 buffers with adjustable frame included in reference IHDC**D
- Resistance class 1a according to NF P16-451-1/CN
- Connections: inlet via lip seal and outlet via connection pipe
- Access pipe
Fonctionnement :
- The settling compartment is calculated to obtain a useful volume of 100 to 300 liters x NS
- The interceptor compartment is designed for a free hydrocarbon discharge of less than 5 mg/l under the test conditions of EN 858-1
