Application :

Structure intended to control the flow rate towards the treatment and to manage excess flows via overflow on rainwater or combined networks

Conception :

  • Made from S235 steel assembled on flat bottoms, protected after SA 2.5 sanding according to ISO 8501-1 with a hot polymerised polyurethane coating 500 µm thick
  • Flow rate controller made from 304L stainless steel, FLOREG or REGULO device
  • Headwater dimensioned to remove the peak flow rate in compliance with the hydraulics of the water network

Fonctionnement :

Controlled flow storm water overflow of the DOHR type is designed and dimensioned for a perfect control of the flow rate to treatment. The controlled flow is reached before any overflow. Excess flow rates are managed by the overflow in compliance with the hydraulics of the network. Each structure is subject to a hydraulic validation using the data of the project.
