Application :
Pre-treatment device designed to separate and accumulate solids (sand, etc.) and free oil
Conception :
- GRP polyester tank
- Screening to protect honeycomb lamellar filter
- Coalescence on polypropylene honeycombs
- Automatic polyethylene shut-off valve with lip seal, calibrated for an oil density of 0.85.
- Resistance class 1d according to NF P16-451/CN
- Connections : input via lipseal and output via manifold
- Ø 530 mm polypropylene screw-on covers
Fonctionnement :
- The sludge trap compartment is calculated to obtain a usable volume of 100, 200 or 300 liters x NS
- The separator compartment is designed for a free oil discharge of less than 5 mg/l under the test conditions of standard EN 858-1.
